Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

gemscout is operated by Arcada in partnership with TTL Capital. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your choices. For privacy questions, contact partners@arcada.team.

2. What we collect

Account data: your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — your name and profile photo. Delivery preferences: the channel you choose (email and/or Telegram), your delivery email, and, if you link Telegram, your Telegram chat identifier. Subscription data: your tier, the verticals you subscribe to, and your Stripe customer identifier. Usage data:basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

3. What we do NOT store

We do not store your payment card details. All card data is handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive only a customer identifier and subscription status from Stripe.

4. How we use your data

To create and secure your account, to deliver the dossiers and digests you subscribe to (by email and/or Telegram, per your settings), to process subscriptions and billing, to provide support, and to send service-related notices. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Processors we rely on

Google Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, and hosting. Stripe — payment processing. Resend — transactional and digest email delivery. Telegram — digest delivery, only if you choose the Telegram channel and link your account. Each processor handles data under its own terms and security commitments.

6. Cookies & sign-in

We use cookies and similar browser storage strictly to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can change delivery preferences at any time in your account settings, or unsubscribe from a channel. To exercise any right, email partners@arcada.team.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect.
